- One pear
- Natural macadamia spread
- Cinnamon or mixed spice
- Coconut sugar
- Coconut yogurt
- Wash, halve and core pears, place in baking dish skin side down.
- Drizzle with maple syrup.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon or mixed spice.
- Fill centre of each pear with a large teaspoon of raw macadamia paste.
- Sprinkle coconut sugar on top.
- Bake 160-180 degrees C until pears are soft, approximately 45 minutes.
