Spicy Baked Pears with Macadamia Crust

Ingredients
Four pears
Natural macadamia spread
Cinnamon or mixed spice
Coconut sugar
Maple syrup
Coconut yogurt (to serve)
Instructions
Wash, halve and core pears, place in baking dish skin side down.
Drizzle with maple syrup.
Sprinkle with cinnamon or mixed spice.
Fill centre of each pear with a large teaspoon of raw macadamia spread.
Sprinkle coconut sugar on top.
Bake 160-180 degrees C until pears are soft, approximately 45 minutes.Enjoy with coconut yogurt and extra maple syrup!
