Our gourmet native fruit jams are carefully handmade in small batches at our kitchen in Byron Bay. Our large Davidson's Plum orchard in the Byron Bay hinterland supports the production of our best selling jam. We also use superior quality fruit sourced from Australian rainforest plantations that are grown without the use of chemicals.

Our jams contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and are gluten free.
