Macadamia and white bean hummus
3/4 cup of macadamia spread
1 can (400g) white beans, drained
1 large garlic clove
3 tbsp macadamia oil
1 tbsp of chopped rosemary/ dried rosemary
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp water
pinch of paprika
Pepper
- Peel and crush garlic.
-lightly fry Garlic and rosemary in a pan until fragrant and golden.
- Drain beans and rinse
- Place all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth. Add water for a smoother runnier texture.
Serve with a splash of macadamia oil and smoky paprika and rosemary on top
