Macadamia & Goji berry Energy Balls
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup Macadamia nuts -10 Medjool dates, pitted
-1 tablespoon desiccated coconut. -1 tablespoon goji berries
-1 teaspoon chia seeds -1 tablespoon cacao
Instructions:
-Add dates and nuts into a food processor, process on high speed for 20 seconds.
-Scrape down sides of thebowl and add coconut, goji berries, chia seeds and cacao. Process on full speed for 40-60 seconds or until mixture combines together.
-Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls
-Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
