1 tbsp Davidson's plum jam
2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp Lemon myrtle infused macadamia oil
1 squeeze of 1/2 a lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
Combine jam and vinegar in a small bowl, whisking until blended. Gradually whisk in oil then add water. Continue whisking until smoothly blended. Season to taste. For a thinner vinaigrette, add a tablespoon of water.
