Anise Myrtle Macadamia Hummus
Add a new subtle aniseed flavour to your hummus recipe!
Ingredients
1 x 400g can chickpeas, lightly drained
2 small garlic cloves, peeled
2 tbsp natural macadamia spread
2 tbsp Anise Myrtle Macadamia Oil
1/2 small lemon, juiced
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup hot water
Method
Blend all ingredients thoroughly, adjust with more lemon juice or salt to taste.
Serve with your favourite crackers or vegetable sticks.
Also great with roasted vegetables or meats.
